12:53:39 - 13:00:01 - 6 minutes, 22 seconds
So one time he rounded down, despite w/ rounding it would be 8 minutes.
And then he rounds up, despite it being 6 minutes IN ANY CASE, unless he rounds up regardless, and then the first duration would be 8 minutes.
