Famous Curses Decoded https://decodingsymbols.wordpress.com/2021/09/26/pop-culture-curses/

Ever hear of the Billy Goat Curse?

It was said to be a curse that prevented the Chicago Cubs from ever making the world series. It lasted for 71 years.

I've covered in many posts how rigged sporting events are, so a "curse" making a team lose is nothing more than a message being sent.

Specifically the curse was broken a week before the 2016 election was decided. HRC was born and grew up in Chicago cheering for the Cubs. the Cubs winning was to symbolize her winning! As Q said frequently "They never thought she would lose" and this comm shows that it really was the case even at the deeper comms levels!

That's just the tip of the iceberg for the meaning to that comm.

I also go over a film about a curse in "Groundhog Day" where Bill Murray is forced to live the same 24 hours out over and over again. I decode this film and also the holiday itself which dates back to the 1800's

There are distinctive comms to decode for the holiday as well as the film.

In terms of the film I find thru comms that it's actually the sequel to another Bill Murray movie in "Caddyshack" The reason being Caddyshack was made just before Reagan was sworn in while Groundhog Day was made just before Clinton was sworn in.

Meaning the Gophers hunted by Bill Murray in Caddyshack were symbolic of the clowns taking cover as Reagan got in control, while the Groundhog in Groundhog day was symbolic of the shoe being on the other foot now.

It requires extensive decoding of history to understand the meaning of each in relation to one another, but it's a very educational decode to understand the mindset that was prevailing in comms back then.

I also go over the often requested Gabby Petito, the current 14 win-streak franchise best of the St. Louis Cardinals, a celebrity cat used to send comms, and a bunch of other things so let's get into it! https://decodingsymbols.wordpress.com/2021/09/26/pop-culture-curses/
