Biden’s presidency needs a lifeline, and her name could be Hillary
Here are three things Joe Biden can do to save his train wreck of a presidency:

Get U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, 82, to retire.

Nominate Vice President Kamala Harris to take his place.

Then name Hillary Clinton, 74, to take Harris’s place.
If Joe is too far gone to seek re-election in 2024 — assuming he is still on the job — then Vice President Hillary Clinton would be the Democratic nominee for president.
In the meantime, Harris would become the first Black woman to serve on the Supreme Court and the Democrats would be happy to have the underperforming Harris out of the way.
In the event someone gets Biden to sign a letter of resignation, or he’s removed from office through the 25th Amendment, Hillary, as the new VP, would ascend to the presidency without an election.
That seldom-used amendment allows a majority of cabinet members to inform Congress that the president is unable to perform his duties and should be replaced.
Either way, Hillary Clinton would be running for president in 2024, and would face off — and seek revenge — against Donald Trump, who would of course be running again. He is the man who both defeated and humiliated her in 2016. The event would be the Super Bowl of Grudge Fights.
