I hate to tell you but, there is nothing to be done about it. Most of the people involved have no idea they are even in play.
One thing you can do is to live your life the best way you can, in spite of the game. Do your best to disregard all of their manipulation. In our world, everything with eyes, ears, and a nervous system is bugged. There is no privacy. Therefore operate openly but without being obvious.
Had to come to terms with this type of awareness about 11 years ago.

I was feeling suicidal at one time, letting the world know you are this down can bring you even more trouble. I sought help and they locked me up, took my child away, destroyed my reputation, and put me through hell. Trust me, do not even start down that road.
Pull yourself together. God loves you, and so do many more that you may not even be aware of in this moment.
