Lookin at it logically, NATO and the US have both signalled the Ukraine situation isn't worth going to war over. Putin holds all the cards with a land army and the gas that Europe wants.
If anything, it seems like the South China sea may be the more likely place to flash boil. Somehow I don't think we would really go to war over Taiwan, meaning some kind of brokered situation where we lose face.
The something BIG I'm expecting is non military: economic, weather, bio, aliens, etc.
I have an employee who is not only home quarantining, but locking himself in a room in his house.
