lawfag here - ill comment but i warn you i am cynical and dropped my license due to corruption of the systemโ€ฆ

>#1. We The People have the Right to complete free speech when on the Internet.

WE ALREADY HAVE THAT RIGHT IN TH CONSTITUTION

>#2. We have the right and shall be guaranteed absolute privacy when online. There shall be no unauthorized monitoring, recording, or storing of our data at any time.

FIRST SENTENCE TOO EXTREME - DO YU WANT TERRORISTS TO HAVE THE ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO PRIVACY?

SECOND SENTENCE IS ALREADY LAW BUT THE PROVIDERS AND PLATFORMS AND VENDORS MAKE YOU WAIVE IT IN TERMS SO ONE WOULD HAVE TO ADDRESS WAIVER - THEN THERE WILL BE ANOTHER DEVICE - ITS A SLIPPERY SLOPE

>#3. We shall be given access to the most up to date and powerful technology available to us, with all provisions & efforts made by our elected officials to ensure that our Internet quality is always reflective of its importance to our Republic.

THIS SOUND COMMUNIST/SOCIALIST TO ME AND IT JUST A POLICY QUESTION NOT LEGAL

>#4. We have the Right to NOT have our Internet throttled, prioritized, or restricted in any way.

SAME ANSWER TO #3

>#5. We have the Right to select and appoint a new special council to oversee these Rights, and a report on the State of The American Internet shall be submitted to POTUS by January 15th of each year.

MORE WASTED TIME AND MONEY THAT WILL NOT CHANGE A CORRUPT SYSTEM

BOTTOM LINE ANONS - the internet is pretty awesome right now - companies that illegally collected data will get screwed in time and that has already started

then they will self regulate as it costs them money to cheat

I do believe Congress should declare the internet a public utility - but how regulation would work is again a problem with corruption

so we need the GA and house cleaning to occur first

just my opinions

anons on the topic of UNITY the history of Memorial Day is apt. After the civil war many people wanted to honor dead but money was scarce - esp in the defeated south. In Georgia a group of women decided to bring the plentiful local flowers to the grave site and scatter them in tribute as an annual event. This was in 1866.

When they arrived they decided to do so NOT just on the grave of the Confederate fallen but also on Union graves - in recognition of ALL those who lost loved ones. This gesture of love and conciliation spread quickly and soon was adopted by a large northern veterans group. Just a few years later the event was formalized by Congress as a national holiday - Memorial Day.

The story is so instructive on the power of love and forgiveness and the fact that in war WE THE PEOPLE suffer wrongfully. UNITY is indeed a rightous goal. Once we expose and weed out those who would keep us in perpetual division and war the GA will have come. Blessings to us all WW.
