I trust BO to realize what past QR failures have not - This board is a community asset and anons have to be on board with ops. No one above another. Shoulder to shoulder. It will take a very special person to get anons all on the same page. It will take a very special person to resist the urge to use anons as bait or as bounty.
These are not the same anons as 2 years agon. Be very very careful. The bullshit detector is set at a very low level.
Time will tell but trying to control anons is a losing proposition. Trying to control the kitchen and notables will blow up just like it did every time before.
You're trying to implement a corporate structure of haves and have nots. Many anons already see it. It's not going anywhere till you throw the plan on the table and let anons tear it apart.
