Capt. P. Scott Miller is a second-generation Naval Aviator and 1994 graduate from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He holds a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College. After earning his wings in 1997, he completed F/A-18C Fleet Replacement Squadron training with Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 106.
