I started making my plans after Obama got re-elected. Voted Constitution party in that election, knowing it was a throwaway vote. Was already abroad by 2016 and didn't vote….not from apathy so much as I just don't believe in mail-in voting.
Voting should be a somber, IN-PERSON event in my opinion. If US Embassies would install a voting machine, i would consider voting there.
