#Southcenter: There's a semi overturned on southbound I-5 near SR 518 that is blocking most all of the lanes. Very small window for traffic to get around on the HOV lane, but expect some lengthy delays with this one.

The southbound I-405 ramp to southbound I-5 is closed too.
