Dude I'm sorry it actually really sucks. Can you change insurance companies like is there an Open Season? Can you go back to PT? I have a back problem too; they only let you do PT a little while before they stop paying, but then you can go back like 6 months later
So would your insurance cover injections or maybe even surgery? I ended up getting surgery and I'm doing much better.
