Close… 2 CFR Single Audit Act and go check out the Federal Audit Clearinghouse Database. Every single entity that gets more than $500k (now $750k) in Federal funds puts their audits out their and their total federal expenditures. Download it to Excel and have fun.

Plain English…It is the accountability for audits. Has about 50 fields for every entity for every year. Shows the CFOs for each entity. The EIN. Total Federal Expenditures. Pass Through entities. The CPA that performed the audit. It is the key for following the money.
