There is such a thing as "contempt of congress". They haven't used it in a while, though. Congress could order them jailed until they turn over the documents. That is, if any congressmen still had balls.
A thought. The shills are crying "arrest now" because they have no idea who or how many are going down, and are piggybacking on actual anons that are impatient for arrests to try and force an arrest or two, which they will immediately spin to discredit. Much easier one or two than hundreds or thousands.
