I see something in that static image. Who here has a GOOD art program?

Help me out here guys.. I lightened up the image, reduced contrast. I see Q and ~ repeating over any over. Something at the top looks like a thick O and in the middle something that looks like a Y or an L or a K??

OK, Assuming the design in the middle was a Y and not an L… and the above is a 0 or O. I see some intentional noise, too. Still trying to make out what shows up above the Y.

Wish I had some 3d glasses! Seeing some letter sushi and I think it's an N above that Y. If I make an error orsomene sees something else let me know.
