Chinese Ambassador Qin Gang Warns Military Action with US Likely if Taiwan Continues Down Road for Independence

Chinese Ambassador Qin Gang warned in his first interview since arriving to the US last July that military action with the US is likely if Taiwan continues down its road to independence.

Taiwan declared itself independent from Communist Chinese after the communists drove the sitting government out of mainland China in 1950.

Today Communist China continues to declare Taiwan as its province. And now they are threatening the US with war over the island nation.

Special counsel Durham says just learning about Justice watchdog Horowitz, Sussmann's 2017 meeting

In a new filing, Durham's team says the DOJ Inspector General was slow to fork over evidence pertaining to the Trump-Alfa Bank investigation

Special counsel John Durham and his legal team say they're just learning about a March 2017 meeting between Justice Department watchdog Michael Horowitz and former Hillary Clinton campaign Michael Sussmann – indicted last year for allegedly lying to the FBI while pushing now-discredited claims about the Trump Organization.

Durham's team said Tuesday in a court filing they learned only a week ago about the meeting between Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz and Sussmann, who made the claims in 2016 about communications between a Russia bank and the Trump organization.

"The OIG had not previously informed the Special Counsel’s Office of this meeting with the defendant," the filing by Durham's legal team states.

Sussmann, a former partner at the Perkins Coie law firm, has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Durham's team says that while Sussmann was pushing the claims to the FBI about communications between the Trump Organization and Alfa Bank he told agents that he was not working on behalf of any particular client.

However, Sussmann had in fact been working on behalf of the Clinton campaign and billing his time to her camp.

Durham says he met with Horowitz in October of 2021 and afterward requested information and documents relevant to the origins of the Russia investigation. However, Horowitz failed to reveal that he had personally met with Sussmann in March 2017, Durham claims.

Durham also said he learned just this month that Horowitz was in possession of two FBI cellphones belonging to the bureau's general counsel, James Baker, the FBI official to whom Sussmann allegedly first lied.

The court filing this week also details the successful attempts of British former spy Christopher Steele to disseminate the Trump-Alfa Bank claims to the media and various high-ranking government officials. In late 2016, Obama administration officials forwarded the claims made by Steele about Alfa Bank to the FBI.

In British court, Steele has testified that it was Sussmann who provided him with claims about the Russian bank's supposed ties Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Eventually, the Horowitz report from December 2019 would clarify that by early 2017, the FBI knew there were no connections between Alfa Bank and the Trump Organization.

West Virginia Gov. Justice holds up dog during speech, suggests Bette Midler, 'Kiss her heinie'

"Babydog tells Bette Midler and all those out there: Kiss her heinie," West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice said.

West Virginia GOP Gov. Jim Justice has given an unusual response to Bette Midler's recent criticism of his state – bringing his pet dog to a public event this week and suggesting the entertainer "kiss her heinie."

"Babydog tells Bette Midler and all those out there, 'Kiss her heinie,' " Justice said Thursday during his annual State of the State address while holding up his English bulldog and showing her rear end to the audience.

"Absolutely too many people doubted us," he continued. "They never believed in West Virginia. … They told every bad joke in the world about us."

In December, Midler tweeted an insult to the state in response to West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin, a Democrat, not voting for his party's $2 trillion "Build Back Better" agenda.

"What #JoeManchin, who represents a population smaller than Brooklyn, has done to the rest of America, who wants to move forward, not backward, like his state, is horrible. He sold us out. He wants us all to be just like his state, West Virginia. Poor, illiterate and strung out."

“I See You Are Wendy’s Puppet!” – AZ State Rep Walt Blackman and Triggered WIFE, Kristi Blackman Psycho Text TGP’s Conradson Following TGP Article on Decertification

Arizona State Representative Walt Blackman and his wife are triggered because TGP totally called Blackman out on his bs.

The Gateway Pundit reported on RINO comments made by Blackman during an interview.

Blackman claimed that there was nothing we could do about the stolen 2020 election. “We have to look forward,” and move on from the stolen 2020 election and vote for Trump in 2024 if we want him back in the Whitehouse, he added.

Within minutes, Blackman contacted TGP’s Jordan Conradson attempting to walk back what he said and claiming he has been on the front lines for decertification, despite his near silence through the process.

He pointed to his voting record as proof that he isn’t a RINO but that doesn’t change what he said.

Blackman pledged to Conradson that he would post a Facebook live video to clarify his stance on decertification or nullification of the fraudulent 2020 election. The video now appears to have been deleted but the gesture was nice.

Just a few minutes later, Walt’s wife, Kristi Blackman began repeatedly texting Conradson and continued for several hours with no response.

The Gateway Pundit doesn’t work for the Blackmans. Walt Blackman works for you.

Walt Blackman needs to remember that he works for the taxpayers.

States Sue Biden Administration Over Alleged Abuse of Refugee Program

EDINBURG, Texas—Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and seven other attorneys general on Friday lodged a lawsuit against President Joe Biden’s administration over its alleged abuse of a refugee program.

The Central American Minors Program lets illegal aliens petition the government to bring their minor children or other family members to the United States, according to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, an office inside the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

If aliens don’t meet the criteria for refugee status, officials will consider them for parole, which DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, a Biden nominee, can grant on a case-by-case basis to let the aliens into the country but is only supposed to be used if the secretary finds “‘compelling reasons in the public interest” in each case.

Aliens can apply for family members to come even if they don’t have legal status, according to the agency’s website.

But Congress hasn’t granted the authority for the government to run such a program, the attorneys general charge.

“There are no lawful paths for aliens who lack status to come join other aliens who lack status in the United States—and for good reason. It defies common sense. No sovereign nation would reward those who break the law by permitting family members abroad to join them in living in the sovereign territory unlawfully, particularly with the assistance of the government itself,” the officials said in the 34-page lawsuit, filed in federal court in Amarillo.

The program, they said, “is illegal.”

The suit asks the court to stop the program.

The attorneys general of Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Missouri, Montana, and Oklahoma joined Paxon in the suit. All are Republicans.

Mayorkas and other officials, and DHS and other agencies, are named as defendants.

The White House, DHS, and the State Department didn’t respond to requests for comment.

“The Biden Administration has sown nothing but disaster for our country through its illegal, unconstitutional immigration policies,” Paxton said in a statement. “Biden’s latest round of flagrant law-breaking includes his Central American Minors Program, which has contributed significantly to many states being forced to take in even more aliens. My fellow attorneys general and I are suing to stop it.”

The suit was filed shortly after the Biden administration reported almost 1.9 million apprehensions at the U.S.-Mexico border in 2021, easily setting a new record.
