To Heaven
Today I pray to the Almighty God, our Father, that he forgives us for our trespasses and gives us the strength to endure this trial. That he would pick us up when we falter, so that we remain standing tall without fear each day, and on the day of evil. To strengthen our faith and give us clarity of purpose. That the Spirit of his Son Jesus Christ would fill us and transform us as God sees fit to fulfill His purpose for us. These things I pray with all the strength I have, for the sake of all the Lord's people and for God.

"In the spirit" might be something of a mystery, but surely it's a state of focus and deep breathing before/after can help? Peace is the prize, eh?
