10 people indicted on human trafficking charges in Fulton County
ATLANTA — Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr has announced that a Fulton County grand jury has indicted 10 people on human trafficking charges.
The Attorney General’s Office’s Human Trafficking Prosecution Unit say one man, Steven Stone, is charged with human trafficking by keeping and transporting an underage person and financially benefitting from their sexual servitude.
The other nine defendants are charged with trafficking by solicitation.

The Attorney General says all 10 indictments come from Operation Not Forgotten 2020, which saw 26 missing children rescued from human trafficking and 13 more were found safe over a span of two weeks.
“At the Department of Law, we take seriously our role to protect our fellow Georgians and prosecute those who victimize our most vulnerable citizens,” said Carr.
After taking on her role as First Lady of Georgia, Marty Kemp assisted in the creation of the GRACE Commission, which combats human trafficking in Georgia.
“Before we took office, Brian and I decided that we were going to do everything in our power to bring the fight to buyers and traffickers so that they know Georgia is a hostile environment for this activity and a safe haven for survivors,” said Kemp.
During Operation Not Forgotten 2020, the underage victim involved in this case was rescued.

Stone faces three charges of trafficking persons for sexual servitude and could face up to three life sentences if convicted.

On January 28, the Saudi-led coalition’s ground offensive against the Houthis (Ansar Allah) in central Yemen came to a surprising end when the United Arab Emirates (UAE)-backed Giants Brigades concluded their operation in the region.
“After the end of Operation Southern Storm, the southern Giant Brigades are redeploying in Shabwah and transferring their brigades to their lair [main base] with high readiness,” the Giant Brigades said in a brief statement.
Operation Southern Storm, which began on January 1, covered the provinces of Shabwah and Ma’rib. In the course of the operation, the Giants Brigades and other proxies of the Saudi-led coalition captured the district centers of Usaylan, Bayhan and Ain in Shabwah and the district center of Harib in Ma’rib.

A Yemeni source told the al-Mayadeen TV that the decision to end Operation Southern Storm was made by the UAE following threats by the Houthis.
“The attacks on the Emirati depth and Sanaa’s threats to repeat it, forced the UAE to stop its military operations in Yemen,” the unnamed source said.
The Houthis attacked the UAE twice in less than ten days. On January 17, the Houthis launched several drones and missiles at Abu Dhabi. The attack killed three people and caused some material losses. On January 24, the Houthis launched a second attack with drones and missiles. This time however, the attack was foiled.
After the second attack, the group threatened foreign investments and key attractions in the UAE, including Expo Dubai and the Burj Khalifa.
The end of Operation Southern Storm is somewhat an achievement for the Houthis. However, the Giants Brigades could ignore their announcement and continue their offensive in Ma’rib in the coming few days. Such a move will likely provoke a fierce response from the Houthis.

Ukrainian President Slams Biden After Yesterday’s Phone Call: “I Think I Know The Details Better” – Country Had Just Agreed To Ceasefire When Biden Baselessly Warned of Imminent Attack
The Biden regime is an utter embarrassment.
As the US shamelessly attempts to fan the flames of conflict between Russia and Ukraine, the diplomatic leaders in the two countries, and across Europe, are working to come to a resolution that avoids a catastrophic war.
With the arbitration of Germany and France, Russia and Ukraine have even been able to agree on a temporary ceasefire, buying them more time to settle their differences without any bloodshed.
Noticeably absent from the “tough” negotiations was the US.
Despite the progress that has been made between the two sides, Biden and the Warhawks pulling his strings refuse to back down from their irrational ultimatum that promises an all-out war if Russia does not allow Ukraine to join NATO.
Even after the two countries agreed to uphold the ceasefire, Biden called Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to warn him about impending doom, baselessly claiming, “Kyiv could be “sacked,” and that Russian forces may attempt to occupy it at any time.
“Prepare for impact,” Biden fabricated out of thin air – seemingly unaware of the treaty signed just one day earlier between the two countries.
On Friday, President Zelensky was asked about the ominous phone call during a press conference in Kyiv, and he did not seem to appreciate Biden’s warmongering fear porn.
Zelensky slammed Biden over his baseless warnings, essentially telling Biden to stay out of it – Ukraine can handle itself.
“I am the President of Ukraine. I am based here. I think I know the details deeper than any other President, the question is not about the US president,” Zelensky pointed out after diplomatically thanking the US for their support.
Zelensky continues:
“We do understand what the risks are, and which of those risks are a priority. It’s important that [Biden] should know the situation from me, not from the intermediaries.
People need to be here to understand all of the details.”
One thing is for sure, Ukraine is not our fight to fight, particularly when our own country’s house is in such disarray and the countries that are directly involved seem to be working things out despite the attempted intervention by the Biden regime.
A war between the two nations is by no means imminent, as the media and the corrupt DC Swamp would like everyone to believe, no matter how much Biden pushes for it to happen.
Russia and Ukraine are set to resume peace negotiations in two weeks in Berlin, and once again they will meet without the US sitting at the table.

McDonald’s posts largest US sales jump since 1993
Fast food giant reports an annual increase of 13.8%
Fast-food giant McDonald’s on Thursday reported its largest annual increase in US sales since 1993. Sales at its American restaurants open for at least 13 months soared 13.8%.
The fourth quarter alone saw US sales jump 7.5%, partly due to price increases on some items on its menu.
In October last year, the company’s CEO, Chris Kempczinski, said menu prices were about 6% higher in 2021 compared to 2020, which didn’t turn off customers and “has been pretty well received” by them.
The fast-food chain was forced to raise prices to tackle wage inflation and cover the increased costs of food and paper, CFO Kevin Ozan said during an analyst call this week, as cited by CNN. He noted that costs may keep growing in 2022, as Covid-19-induced supply chain issues are expected to persist. McDonald’s also saw a significant boost in its digital sales and the growing popularity of certain menu items like the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and McRib.
Overall, the company said its 2021 sales “benefited from fewer restaurant closures and reduced Covid-related government restrictions compared with the prior year.”
The company reported a total of $6 billion in revenue for the past year. However, this fell short of analyst expectations, as did international sales. The chain’s shares shed some 2% following the sales report.
