Found this about the game in general it's from wiki which sucks, but the info seems valid.

Ohio road crews believe in job security. They completely stripped and repaved the road that runs behind my house 2 years ago and 6 months later they had to do it again as it fell apart with potholes due to "faulty materials".
It must be fairly rare, it's on ebay.
The emulator sites seem to have the rom image also, so hard to say.

Yesterday when it was rumored Manilow pulled his music a quick dig happened and found that company named Hipgnosis Songs Fund who also owns 1/2 of Niel Young's music catalog among others.
Does anyone know anything about the company Joni is using?
