there were articles from multiple news orgs that were talking about cats being desembowled … i believe they were targeted attacks on individuals to either stop what they were doing (warning sign) or to control them for other means… i remember one guy was a DR who came home, opened the front door, and his cat was completely opened.. no blood and propped up a certain way… im pretty sure this happened in DC area to east coast in 2016.. when Drs started to be threatened … but it wasnt all drs that were being targeted.
