You have to direct that question to whichever blue state sap of a governor agrees to allow their state ng to be placed in harm's way as Potato hasn't the power to order that ANY U.S. troops be deployed ANYWHERE. Nor would ANY active U.S. officer OBEY any such order, if given.
If my memory is correct it was that one-term Dem governor of W-Va who agreed to send 3 thousand W-Va ng troops to Afghanistan to assist in the evacuations.
