CCP Will ‘Win’ Because of U.S. Politicians, Wall Street, Silicon Valley, Hollywood…

On Friday’s edition of “China Insider with David Zhang,” Breitbart News senior contributor Peter Schweizer, the author of Red-Handed: How American Elites Get Rich Helping China Win, said that if U.S. elites continue their behavior towards China, “the CCP would win.” And “life here is going to be heavily influenced by what the regime in Beijing wants.”

Host David Zhang asked, “You mentioned the Chinese Communist Party is trying to compete with the United States to be number one. What’s going to happen if American elites in Silicon Valley or in Washington [continue] this type of behavior? If we went down this path, what could happen if China were to surpass us?”

Schweizer responded, “Well, I think the CCP would win. And that means a fundamentally different world system, economically. It also means that the United States isn’t going to necessarily be occupied, but life here is going to be heavily influenced by what the regime in Beijing wants. So, the stakes are very high. I think people, obviously, are very sympathetic and concerned [with] what’s happening to the Chinese people. But, for some people, who say, look, that’s not my concern. This should be their concern. Because this is going to affect their life as well.”

Schweizer added, “Beijing doesn’t have to lobby for its own interests. Because there are so many powerful interests in the United States that will lobby on their behalf.”

‘Makes No Sense’: Canadian Premier Vows to End Proof of Vaccine Policy as Truckers Protest in Ottawa

A Canadian premier said Saturday the proof of vaccine requirement makes no sense and he will end it in the “not-too-distant future” in his province.

Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe said in a statement that being vaccinated doesn’t prevent one from getting the virus and the vaccine mandate “makes no sense.”

“I want to be clear on how I feel about vaccines. I am fully vaccinated with my booster shot. This did not prevent me from recently contracting COVID-19, but I believe it did keep me from becoming sick,” he said in a statement.

COVID-19 is the disease caused by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, also known as coronavirus.

“That said, because vaccination is not reducing transmission, the current federal border policy for truckers makes no sense. An unvaccinated trucker does not pose any greater risk of transmission than a vaccinated trucker,” he continued.

He will “continue to encourage everyone to get vaccinated” though, believing it will prevent people from becoming seriously ill.

Moe showed his appreciation to the truckers for keeping the country running during the pandemic and said the federal vaccine mandate for truckers poses a significant risk to Canada’s economy and to the supply chain in Saskatchewan.

Saskatchewan is a Canadian province about 1,950 miles from Ottawa. It borders the United States from the south.

Moe’s statement came as over 10,000 Canadian truckers are holding the Freedom Convoy 2022 to protest the vaccine mandate for truckers.

After the Public Health Agency of Canada’s announcement that foreign truck drivers can only enter Canada if fully vaccinated starting Jan. 15, and the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) announcing similar requirements starting Jan. 22 for non-U.S. national truckers crossing into the United States, thousands of truckers decided to protest and will meet in Ottawa in an attempt to stop the mandates.

NSO chief calls blacklisting by US ‘an outrage,’ rejects ‘hypocritical’ criticism

The CEO and co-founder of NSO Group pushed back on criticism of his embattled cyber tech firm amid mounting allegations its Pegasus spyware program has been misused in Israel and across the globe.

Asserting that many of the most serious claims made against the company were untrue, Shalev Hulio said its software had been created to battle terrorism and serious crime, while rejecting its image as a tool mainly used to suppress freedoms around the world.

“It’s a cyber weapon. Our first rule was that we would only sell these tools to governments,” Hulio said from the company’s high-rise office in Herzliya. “Our second decision was that we wouldn’t sell to every government — that there were governments that on day one we could see that we must not sell to them… We refused to sell to 90 countries — 90 countries that came and asked, and we said no. We sold to maybe 40.”

Hulio called criticism of NSO Group’s sale of Pegasus to non-democratic countries “hypocritical,” comparing the surveillance technology to military weapons systems.

“There is not one country we’ve sold to, not one… that the US does not sell to, or that Israel doesn’t sell to. So it’s a bit hypocritical to say it’s okay to sell F-35s and tanks and drones, but it’s not okay to sell a tool that collects intelligence,” he said.

“If we see that [Pegasus] is being misused, or even suspect it is being misused, we disconnect the system,” he said, claiming this had happened seven times over the years.

Global Soros NGO Network Attacks Tucker Carlson for Interview With Hungarian PM

The shadowy Open Society Foundations and its founder George Soros have been accused of organising 'colour revolutions' around the world and pouring huge sums into ensuring the Democratic Party holds power in the US.

Hungarian-born US billionaire George Soros' global network of NGOs has attacked Fox News presenter Tucker Carlson for exposing its regime-change agenda.

Carlson travelled to Hungary for the final episode of his documentary season Tucker Carlson originals, entitled: "Hungary vs. Soros: The Fight for Civilization."

The film explores the enmity between Soros, who bankrolls the huge Open Society Foundations (OSF) and conservative Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán.

Orbán has alleged Soros is seeking to undermine his government, while the billionaire has accused the PM of anti-Semitism — a claim made against other critics of the OSF.

Breaking with the liberal narrative of Orbán's Hungary as a near-dictatorship — Carlson praises Orbán's family-friendly policies and unpretentious attitude.

"Orbán has been in politics for 30 years, but he seems surprisingly normal," the presenter narrates. "He often drives himself to work. He has dinner in Budapest without security. Every Thursday, he spends the day reading."

Soros and his network of NGOs "have worked for more than 30 years to support vibrant and inclusive democracies whose governments are accountable to the people they serve," claimed OSF vice-president Laura Silber.

"Mr. Carlson appears to prefer authoritarian rule, state capture of media and the courts, crony corruption and rigged elections," she alleged.

UK unveils ‘major military offer’ to NATO as a ‘clear message’ to Moscow

UK’s PM Boris Johnson has unveiled London’s ‘biggest possible’ offer to the North-Atlantic bloc to help it in the standoff with Russia

Downing Street has announced its “biggest possible offer” to NATO in a statement late on Saturday. The UK’s prime minister is weighting this “major military deployment” needed to deter an allegedly “rising Russian aggression” in Europe in general and in Ukraine in particular

“This package would send a clear message to the Kremlin – we will not tolerate their destabilising activity, and we will always stand with our NATO allies in the face Russian hostility,” Johnson stated.

“I have ordered our Armed Forces to prepare to deploy across Europe next week, ensuring we are able to support our NATO allies on land, at sea and in the air.”

Should Russian President Vladimir Putin choose “a path of bloodshed and destruction,” Johnson went on, it would result in a “tragedy” for the whole European continent.

The UK’s potential offer to NATO may involve sending “defensive weapons to Estonia” as well as doubling the number of British troops on the ground. London is also considering sending in military specialists, warships and “fast jets” to reinforce its NATO allies. Downing Street did not specify where exactly, apart from Estonia, the cited assets might go.

“The UK already has more than 900 British military personnel based in Estonia, more than 100 in Ukraine as part of Operation Orbital, and a Light Cavalry Squadron of around 150 people is deployed to Poland,” it said in the statement, adding that, since 2015, some “22,000 Ukrainian troops” have been trained under that operation. Additional “military trainers” were sent to Ukraine earlier in January along with a haul of British-made anti-tank missiles, to teach the Ukrainian service personnel how to use the weaponry.
