hey frens - any recommendations on fixing "long" covid? Never vaxxed, got omicron a couple weeks ago, but i still get asthma whenever I exert myself. i did the five day protocol on afld so far, but that's it.
never vaxxed, never will be. this asthma is sudden and concerning after flu though, and lasting much longer than expected.
Yeah, I don't trust doctors locally, even less so ER docs, hence asking here.

Melatonin 5 mg - 20 mg nightly for 14 days
N acetyl cysteine (NAC) Up to 2000-2400 mg 1-2 days, then 1000-1200 mg for a week

Been doing ginger and lemon tea daily, hot chili/garlic whenever possible. Will try the mushrooms, elderberry and start taking the aspirin.

Quick opine on the trucker protests: this isn't the last we see of them. They're perhaps the most effective weapon outside of us anons that we've seen, here's why:
– inability to disappear or gaslight: Even the most myopic unawakened can't deny the honking, the stopped traffic, the growing shortages on shelves, the miles and miles of trucks, and the hundreds of thousands of people cheering them on. In general, notice the blind rage from the left's mockingbirds - it's very difficult to minimize or triangulate the general populace away when truckers have the entire supply chain by its throat. In addition, any attempt to do so will create significant, real world backlash on said mockingbirds - people don't take kindly to ivory towers when they can't get bread or eggs. And the best part? The blue checks know this. Damned if they do, damned if they don't.
– attacks enemy morale: they can't sleep (lol), they won't be able to eat, their lives and convenience are affected within the week. Blue checks are not mentally or spiritually strong.
– indefinite: truckers ARE our continental supply chain. they can transport food, gas, take away waste, and are well equipped to embed for weeks, if not months. Remember, tactics don't win wars, logistics wins wars.
– resistant to false flag attacks: nonviolent protest, physically spread out, hundreds of thousands of truckers with a very insular culture (easier to detect plants), truck radios allow for standard communication. If those go down, very easy signal that glowies are about to happen.
There's more, but the point here is that the US needs to start doing these asap. God bless our leaf brethren to the north, protect the truckers and all those supporting them, and frustrate the plans of the enemy.
I hear you anon, but we're talking about a healthy individual not being able to walk around the block without my brachii closing up and wheezing like a pair of bellows. Very unusual, keeping me from exercise, keeping me from getting outside and getting better.
