The one person I know with long Covid took 8 months to feel normal. Early thirties, good health. All consuming fatigue is how she described the last 6 months…
Move, get away from a place that forsakes you. How long have you been in that awful place, wasting your time?
You ever have Mono? Me neither but I imagine it is a similar process…
Ive heard the Epstein-Barr virus mentioned A LOT lately…

The spike protein lodges in smooth muscle. I have a suspicion it preys on the weakest areas of the body. Smooth muscle is found everywhere, but especially in the circulatory, GI and reproductive systems. Theres even smooth muscle in the skin. Whatever smooth muscle the co-morbidity weakens. This is where the proteins lodge and cause inflammation. So if you have high blood pressure they lodge in the vessels and tissues of the heart, causing clots and myocarditis. But if you have abused your liver, hepatitis or the portal vein, and so on. I doubt we will ever know for sure.
