Buy a reptile fogger off amazon, $60
Most of them hold a gallon of liquid.
Fill it with saline solution and add hydrogen peroxide to it, dilution to 0.3%
Put it next to your bed and fog over your head while you sleep.
Will notice improvement next day.
You can make saline with distilled water and sea salt, just look up instructions, it's easy.
