Thankee, me fine Baker man (or woman or whatever gender you may have chosen - who am I to judge?).
Bro baking bruh bread? That's a mouthful.
>I'm done w/ adopting.
Oh? I've adopted 5 cats so far. 2 are still alive. Though I'm not sure if I'll be adopting more. I really should since they are the only reason for me to go out for walks.
>truck smashing into a parliament building
Would be bad for the truck. Building might need a retouch. Try again.
Spoopy.
>Political fallout, dummy.
Crazy trucker wrecks his truck and the media will spin it how?
>Soโฆ..from 5, you killed 3?
One died young at 11. I don't know what I could have done to save her.
One wandered off to die in the woods at 20.
One died at 17.
The remaining two have maybe 5 years to go.
>I know that you have a great heart.
You don't know that.
>Please forgive me.
No hard feelings, anon.
>Does this really need to be explained to you?
Do you have an issue with explanation? You want to discuss or impugn my intelligence?
Interesting video choice, anon. Although the original image is gone, I recovered the thumbnail from archive. Was posted on my board here:
I still vividly recall how it felt walking home with an empty cat carrier two years ago.
That night, it felt like she had been gone much longer than just a day.
Goodbye, Foxy.
>A truck smashing into a parliament building would be perfect optics for them.
For fuck sake. Do you even know what those buildings are made of?
>Optics matter.
Everybody in Ottawa would have a good laugh. Trucker demolishes his truck and the media is gonna claim that he tried to knock the building down? I suppose he could drive through the front door but the idea is just stupid.
>My question is, what luck will [they] have trying to erase the history that [they] even tried to impose such inhuman Mandates?
Do you think people are really THAT stupid? Once the trust is broken, it stays broken.
I can just see it. Trucker rams into the Parliament, the diesel spills and starts a fire then the Parliament collapses into a pile an hour later. That won't fly.
>I remember back in the day, when I unironically thought the truth would be reported by the news.
I'll tell how I started waking up. It was during the Vietnam War and I heard on the news that half of Americans supported the war. I also heard that 80% of Americans professed a belief in God and Jesus Christ. That did not make sense to me. I figured that this was hypocrisy writ large. Were those facts true? I don't know but I think that the media itself believed it. The truth can be hidden but the hypocrisy can never be.
>I canโt believe they extinguished the Centennial Flame.
It is generally turned off in the winter due to freezing. Ottawa can get as cold as fucking Siberia. Maybe they turn it on in milder temps but I have not visited Parliament for many years.
The Parliament was destroyed by fire in 1916 and rebuilt. That is what is standing there today. That kinda breaks your timeline, doesn't it?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parliament_Hill#Fire,_incidents_and_renovations
The article states that the fountain doesn't freeze. That is the theory but it doesn't actually work so well in practice. As I said, I haven't been to Parliament in many years so they might have upgraded the fountain somehow. I do know that they had a lot of trouble with the fountain in winter. Yes, I've seen it burning in the winter so I do know that it is SUPPOSED to not freeze. I could be wrong about this. I've lived in Ottawa all my life and heard lots of stories about that fountain.
>Canadians did I sum that up correctly?
Sounds about right to this Canuck. We all know that he's a flipping pussy. That's why I often refer to him as Justin Pussy Trudeau.
>Oh CanadaโฆWhat were you thinking?
If you were around when Pierre Elliot Trudeau was in power, you would understand. He was Prime Minister for 16 flipping years. Many Canucks thought that Justin would follow in his dad's footsteps. I didn't believe it and I hoped that I was wrong. We all know why he's still in office. It's because the Deep State was not ready to let him move on. Quite frankly, it never felt like he really wanted the job in the first place. Maybe they'll knock him off somehow.
>[They] will likely start with civil asset forfeiture confiscation of the tip of the spear of these 'rabble rousers', taking their trucks, their homes, etc., if only to make an example out of them to deter future disobedience.
Won't happen. I'm not saying that they won't try something but that sort of heavy handedness is not the way they operate in Canada. We're polite, you know.
