The “people” that thought up such places, designed and built them… need to hang from those lampposts.
Only if he admits that turning off his transponder, doesn’t make him invisible to radar.
Less than ten minutes before i was shown the door.
Yes, it’s the whole point of primary radar.
Some may not be familiar, the Official Story of 911, is that the Swarthy Freedom Haters turned off the transponders in the hijacked jets… and Airtraffic Control and DOD just couldn’t see them anymore.
Saved for the big screen meme slideshow.
Shortly after 9/11, when i found myself surrounded by aviation professionals high and low who could not or would not acknowledge basic understandings of primary radar function and the very purpose of transponder ident functionality (NONE cooperation, is grounds for being ASSUMED foe)… I withdrew from aviation completely. Unfriendly skies in my very own country.
Aviation was my favorite thing of all, but i could not keep hanging around suicidal idiocy.
Here we are today.
Non-cooperation
Vote harder
To expose the election fraud
To elect people who will fix election fraud
To elect Trump
To pardon those who were falsely arrested and put in prison.
For voicing opposition to election fraud.
Got it. Gotta say, after handholding We the People into government injections, that above is a pretty damn rich idea.
Top of my 68G class, top marks civilian A+P, top compliments from fixed and rotor instructors… before 9/11.
To this day i can not understand how nearly the entirety of aviation professionals, and particularly the FAA… would/could so easily go along to get along with the lies of 9/11.
I figure i made enough enemies trying to get them to talk clearly and honestly (which they wouldn’t), that taking to the air again myself would amount to little more than a last thrillride for myself before being ‘accidentally’ shot out of the air. How could i ever again take a passenger along with me?
The FAA and cattle-run pilots do not impress me one iota anymore. Sorry to hear about their blood clots.
A PIC (pilot in command) can turn off, pull a fuse, NOT respond to voice commands to set a cockpit transponder for ground based interrogation (secondary information transmitted along with radar return)…
If a pilot for any reason fails to cooperate with air traffic control… it can simply be assumed that the aircraft is in distress, innocent or not, and/or under unfriendly control. Simple.
The Primary radar sweeping the sky, seeking and finding whatever and shown at a distance, elevation, direction, and thus calculated altitude, speed and heading… is completely careless about the pilot’s cooperation.
If the pilot is not participating, that doesn’t make the plane ‘invisible’.
