To normies, truckers are known for using CB or Citizen's Band radios. Direct two-way HF radio communications. No cell towers needed.

To hams and veteran CB'ers…the band is known as 11 meters…which corresponds to it's wavelength and how other bands are called by their wavelengths.

So, Kek is sending us a little more than quads to confirm. Trucker's Band, Citizen's Band, or 11 meters. Plugged in.

Frenly tip. When everything else fails…radios work. Have a comms plan. CBs and HF/VHF/UHF radios are good to have in a pinch.

Photo seems legit as far as it appears that's the image the camera recorded…whether or not it was a composite reflection set up or actually a real life anomoly…not sure. Checked with: https://29a.ch/photo-forensics/#pca
