Let’s talk about Devolution and how it relates to Afghanistan and the Deep State.

Everyone on the planet knows Biden’s withdrawal from Afghanistan could not have been any worse, it was a catastrophe. It went so poorly that one would be able to discern that the DS was running completely blind, acting without any sort of intelligence.

What I think is even MORE telling that devolution is real and is in effect not only here in America but also abroad is that the DS intelligence back channels from around the world in foreign governments also failed to pass any intelligence off to Biden.

From all angles of the Afghanistan scenario, it’s clear the DS had no intel about the decisions they were making resulting in a catastrophic failure.

The flow of intel from agency to agency — whether through traditional or non traditional means has been disrupted and is only one of visible branches of the Devolution theory that is currently playing out.

Let's look at #4822

How can we apply Devolution and how it relates to a lack of intelligence both domestically and foreign regarding the scenario unfolding between Ukraine and Russia?

We all know Hunter's Daddy owe Ukraine a few favors..
