Ok the board where a Military Operation is being conducted should be treated just like all the other boards?

If it were me, and the previous BO was deemed worthy, I would try to contact him to see what's going on.

Is the new BO/BV trustworthy? By what criteria? Could I have just as easily picked up this board on such a faulty premise?
