Wonder "Where's the Beef?"

Over the past year, exports of American produced beef to China skyrocketed by 434.7%, 399 million pounds, while exports of beef to Taiwan and Hong Kong dropped considerably.

Wonder why? At the same time, prices of beef to American consumers went through the roof. Wonder why?
