Illegals need mass trials. All caught illegally crossing the border get tried at once within a month or so of illegal entry. Detention until then, and detention until deportation. Fines for court costs, as well. There given debit cards, let them use that. That will clean up the court docket logjam.
I think mass trials did occur at one time, but are being contested by the usual suspects. Shouldn't be a constitutional issue if they're not US citizens or have a Green Card via the official process.
