Saskatchewan never went full in on Covid.
It was like it didn't exist until fall of last year when Riders (CFL) decided to require vaccinations to attend. Caused a bit of a rush for vaccines/public outcry.
Saskatchewan is like a five year time warp from the rest of Canada/the world. They still had Bonanza until a few years ago when the last restaurant burned to the ground.
