Trump is in the process of freeing both NK and Iran from being in the grips of the CIA for decades, and at the same time freeing both China and Russia respectively from the same CIA Middle Man.
He's probably in Singapore getting ready for June 12…the date that never really changed.
Rosenstein actually did later attend the meetings, perhaps only after Q telegraphed that he wouldn't. Perhaps Q set a trap that might explain the sketchy details that seem to have resulted from the meeting. Further…why Q is remaining silent since to drive them crazy.
