The Matter of a Convention of the States

Whereas it be that many Concerns of Citizens have not been addressed over Decades it is therefore Called to each and every State and Commonwealth that would consider themselves part and parcel of a Union known globally as the "United States" come to Convention under Article V of the Constitution that suborned the States and Commonwealths as Ratified in 1787 under Federal Authority.

It is demanded of every Legislature from this point in time and FOREVER AFTER that a limit be emplaced on federal powers beyond those currenty in writing as a matter of Law, and every State and Commonwealth come toegther as to what such Law is to be.

The States and Commonwealths that wish to be again in union will by Delegates sent forth attending Convention demonstrate it is WE THE PEOPLE of a Nation that hold Power over All Others.
