Sorry but you are completely wrong.
Who said you would have access to other receipts except your own? A receipt is just a hash of your vote encrypted and salted with your password and your data. If that number ever changes, your vote has been tampered and you could notify authorities in such a rare case. And as such it would be just one vote of millions.
Hacks of servers that own the private key is worth millions of votes. (Current systems)
Clients have the private keys and hashes and a server would never know. (proposed systems)
