An XPS 17 with 64+gigs of ram and at least 2 terrabytes ssd would allow me to build out some kubernetes topologies to test the components without paying for cloud services until ready to deploy. If they can't do that then maybe they could convince the DS and their foreign counterparts to stop discriminating and allow patriots to work again.
