Blockchain infrastructure voting system - impenetrable and effective in perpetuity, designed by the children of Light and Jesus Christ.

Citizens deserve to have option of following:

1. Defer your vote to local, state, federal official who was elected on the blockchain as well, btw, a true vote in)

2. Decide to go against elected official to change vote

All votes roll up into relevant district, still allowing for current voting infrastructure to remain, all the way up to federal.

The only way this thing works is by getting MORE participation. 80-85 million voters in arguably our most important election in 2020? Awful. There are at least another 100 million who should be participating.
