Anon, no one I know believes this. There is no GOP line or MAGA line for that matter. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land and those of us who understand this also understand that the SCOTUS one and only function is to determine the Constitutionality of what the other two branches do. Whether by legislation that has been signed into law or EO's that breach the Constitution or some other fuckery by a rogue agency. It is the progressive/democrat/communist who looks upon this court with the bent and heavily slanted view of their communist ideology as the foundation for everything they rule on.
You will not find that same bias in the conservative movement. What you will find are advocates that demand that SCOTUS rule on the Constitutionality of law and even moar important, maintain, protect and defend our BIll of Rights from all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC.
