I stole this from hivemind.

I wanted to point out that Dominion’s machines do NOT switch votes.

They use fractional accounting instead of whole integers.

So they have whatever candidate stay whatever amount of % ahead of the other candidate.

It doesn't "switch" a vote, it fractionalizes a vote by decimal point giving each candidate a percentage.

No whole numbers to see here, move along please.
