Fun fact:
On the CIA FOIA website a while ago, I found an old list of every named area in Antarctica & how it got it's name. They were all mostly named after the person who discovered the area first. EVERY area listed had who it was named after & why. EXCEPT for Rothschild Island. It did not say who or why it was named that. The only one in the list like that.
