i use clip studio with a wacom. Sometimes it is over kill for the memes, but i can do stuff faster sometimes if need be in between drawing. Has an animation side of it i dont use really a few gifs here and there …but for comic books it is one of the best for the tools it has. Working ona few projects now just finished my second books art work using it.
