Because it was in script form it also proves that the procedure was meant to be carried out on multiple machines and not a one time deal as it would be easier to change things interactively by sitting at the keyboard.

In addition the voting machine were running IIS web servers which is a remote access service which is illegal on a voting machine.

A quick reboot then Windows logs to local storage where as the tempdb is transient.
