Funny this.

Now:

“The National Butterfly Center, along the U.S.-Mexico border in Mission, has long been the target of QAnon conspiracy theories falsely tying the organization to human trafficking.”

Trying to determine if this tactic is legit to oust the criminals in elected positions. Found it in an article on parents fighting back against corrupt school boards but it reads like ANY elected official can be targeted this way:

In a nutshell, any public official must be bonded (cites law from 1792). Calls it a surety/fidelity bond (agreement to uphold oath/contract to people that elected them). People can file a claim against that bond if the elected official fails to uphold the law/Constitution. 10 or more complaints can result in that individual losing their bond and becoming “unbondable” which then results in them being unable to hold an elected office (and their current position).

Would love a lawfag’s take on it while I keep digging.
