FDA Document on Moderna Vaccine Approval Removed From Agency’s Website

A Food and Drug Administration (FDA) document explaining why the agency approved Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine was removed from the agency’s website overnight.

The Summary Basis for Regulatory Action gave more details on how regulators reached the approval decision, and included references to an unpublished analysis that found the rates of post-vaccination heart inflammation were higher than any U.S. agency had found before.

After The Epoch Times reviewed the document and sent questions about it to FDA spokespersons, it disappeared from the agency’s website.

“We are aware of the issue and hope to have the document reposted as soon as possible,” a spokesperson told The Epoch Times in an email on Thursday.

Reached by phone and asked for more details about the issue, the spokesperson said: “I reached out to the website people. I don’t really have any more information to tell you.”

The Epoch Times has submitted Freedom of Information Act requests for the document and several unpublished analyses referenced in it, including the FDA meta-analysis.

Barbara Loe Fisher, president of the National Vaccine Information Center, a nonprofit that advocates for informed consent, told The Epoch Times in an email that “the public has the right to review the evidence FDA is using to license new mRNA vaccines as safe and effective.”

“Lack of transparency only fosters distrust in government agencies charged with protecting the public health. FDA should immediately release all information related to the incidence of myocarditis and other serious adverse events following mRNA COVID-19 vaccinations, whether that information has been provided to the agency by vaccine manufacturers or discovered through in-house analyses of additional data collected by federal officials,” she added.

The FDA meta-analysis examined data of four health care claims databases and estimated that, among males aged 18 to 25, the rate of myocarditis following Moderna’s primary series was 148 per million males vaccinated.

That figure is higher than other government estimates, including a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) analysis of reports submitted to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System. The analysis found about 10.7 cases per million males aged 18 to 24 who got Moderna’s first shot and 56 cases per million among those who received Moderna’s second shot.

Myocarditis is one type of heart inflammation that people who receive vaccines built on messenger RNA (mRNA) have experienced at higher-than-expected rates. It also occurs among people who contract the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, which causes COVID-19.

Lt. Col. Vindman Got Tax Payer-Funded Military Protection After His Failed Attempt to Remove Trump From Office.

Retired Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman requested and ultimately received protection from the United States military after his failed “whistleblowing” attempt to unseat President Donald J. Trump, a new lawsuit filed against allies of the former President has revealed.

Vindman, who served on the National Security Council and testified against Trump during his first impeachment hearings, filed suit against Donald Trump Jr., Rudy Giuliani and Trump allies Julia Hahn and Daniel Scavino alleging “intimidation and retaliation.”

Buried in the 73-page lawsuit are several measures Vindman and his family availed themselves of following his decision to falsely accuse President Trump of wrongdoing on a phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

The suit notes:

“Out of fear for their physical safety, Lt. Col. Vindman and his wife considered moving their family to a military base in late 2019 and early 2020. They ultimately decided not to do so, however, for fear that it would spur further unwanted media attention.

“Lt. Col. Vindman did ultimately request and receive added protection from the military for a period of time. The local police also provided additional patrols around the Vindman home in response to the fear of physical harm to the family.”

Vindman – who secured a major book deal, national speaking events, and even a cameo on Larry David’s Curb Your Enthusiasm in the aftermath of the failed attempt to remove Trump from office early – also claims his wife “feared that physical violence was the natural and foreseeable consequence” of his actions.

“As a result, she and their daughter decided to leave the house less frequently to reduce their risk. The Vindmans also decided not to attend certain family and social events. And Ms. Vindman cut back on her work hours because she feared the attention she and her coworkers would receive while she was at work,” the document alleges.

“Lt. Col. Vindman also suffered harm due to the psychological effects, and associated physical effects, of Defendants’ actions,” the lawsuit adds.

According to the data from Reuters, Israel has administered at least 17,879,314 doses of COVID vaccines so far. Assuming every person needs 2 doses, that’s enough to have vaccinated about 98.7% of the country’s population.

But it doesn’t seem to be helping.

Trump-Hating ‘Lincoln Project’ Secretly Paid Off Co-Founder To Cover-Up Evidence Of Pedophile Ring In Their Upper Ranks

The Trump-hating Lincoln Project has secretly paid off one of its co-founders in an attempt to silence evidence of a pedophile ring operating within its upper ranks.

Jennifer Horn, one of the group’s co-founders, received a large six-figure payout after quitting the group following a pedophile grooming scandal last year.

Campaign disclosures show that Horn received $375,000 in hush money after resigning last February after it was alleged that co-founder John Weaver had been sexually grooming underage boys.

In the fallout of the pedophile scandal, Horn said that she felt “demeaned” and “lied to” because other co-founders of the group knew about Weaver’s heinous crimes but chose to look the other way. Lincoln Project members doxxed Horn’s private communications in response to her blowing the whistle.

Bigleaguepolitics.com reports: The Lincoln Project appears to be tying up loose ends with these payoffs. They doled out $65,000 in severance to former press secretary Nathaniel Nesbitt. They also paid $130,310 to Paul Hastings, an attorney whose law firm investigated the Weaver situation and produced a report that the Lincoln Report used in an attempt to clear themselves of wrongdoing.

Big League Politics has reported on how Lincoln Project leaders knew about Weaver’s history of predatory behavior but looked the other way to line their pockets:

“A new report has claimed that Lincoln Project leadership thought of turning their super PAC into a media organization and bringing John Weaver on board, even though they knew about grooming allegations against him.

The New York Times published the report Monday afternoon, which was titled “Inside the Lincoln Project’s Secrets, Side Deals and Scandals.”

Co-founder Steve Schmidt held a meeting at his Utah home a few days before the 2020 election to discuss transforming the Lincoln Project into a massive media organization. He said to the group that “five years from now, there will be a dozen billion-dollar media companies that don’t exist today. I would like to build one, and would invite all of you to be part of that.”

According to the New York Times, Schmidt had already filed papers to create TLP Media back in September and October 2020 with Reed Galen, Rick Wilson, and John Weaver. The report said that “its aim was to transform the original project, a super PAC, into a far more lucrative venture under their control.”

But it has been established that Schmidt and other leaders knew about the allegations against Weaver as early as March 2020, despite previously claiming they didn’t. They appear to have been so focused on grifting and lining their own pockets that Weaver’s behavior didn’t really matter to them. It wasn’t until multiple accusers came forward in January that Schmidt, Wilson, and others disavowed and cut ties with Weaver.“

Biden’s Newest Reparations Plan: Pay Off Trump-Era Border Crossers with Amnesty

The newest reparations-style plan from President Joe Biden ditches cash payouts to border crossers subjected to former President Trump’s “Zero Tolerance Policy” and, instead, provides them with amnesty to permanently resettle in the United States.

Last year, Biden’s Departments of Justice (DOJ), Homeland Security (DHS), and Health and Human Services (HHS) were in settlement talks with border crossers represented by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), who claim they have suffered trauma as a result of the Trump-era policy.

For months, reports circulated that Biden was considering giving payouts of $450,000 to every border crosser involved in the case — costing about $1 billion in American taxpayer money and more than was given to the American victims of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

As Breitbart News reported in December 2021, Biden dropped the payout plan following intense backlash from the American public. Some polls showed that 63 percent of Americans, including 64 percent of swing voters, were opposed to the plan.

Now, Biden and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas are urging Congress to authorize a new payoff plan: Amnesty for every border crosser subjected to Trump’s Zero Tolerance Policy. Mayorkas told NBC News:

We are advocating to Congress that they provide these individuals with legal status — that requires a statutory change. The White House is 100 percent supportive of it, as am I, and we continue to advocate vigorously for it.

Amnesty for the border crossers would be far more lucrative than the previously-circulated $450,000 payouts as it would allow them to secure green cards, and eventually, naturalized American citizenship that they could then use to bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the U.S. through the process known as “chain migration.”

Last April, House and Senate Democrats introduced legislation that would provide a reparations-style amnesty to border crossers subjected to the Trump-era policy. The plan, though, has gone nowhere in either chamber.

Angel Families, who have lost loved ones to illegal immigration, have previously told Breitbart News that “none of these illegal aliens deserve anything more than a removal back to their country of origin.”

Feds Gave U.S. Citizenship to Azerbaijan National as He Molested His Children

The federal government allowed an Azerbaijan national to secure naturalized American citizenship as he was molesting his children, the Department of Justice (DOJ) reveals.

Vyacheslav Fyodorovitch Rizkhov, a 44-year-old citizen of Azerbaijan, was found guilty of naturalization fraud last month after the federal government certified that he was of “good moral character,” and thus eligible for naturalized American citizenship, despite his sexual abuse of children.

According to federal prosecutors, in Cabarrus County, North Carolina, Rizkhov claimed on three separate occasions that he was eligible for naturalization by stating that he had not committed any crimes that he had not been arrested for.

As a result, the federal government approved Rizkhov for naturalized American citizenship.

A year after Rizkhov first applied for naturalization, he was convicted on one count of sexual battery of a physically helpless person and two counts of indecent liberties with a child for molesting his biological three children beginning in at least July 2017.

In March 2021, federal prosecutors filed a case against Rizkhov, asking that his naturalized American citizenship be revoked for fraudulently claiming he was not involved in crimes at the time of his naturalization.

Now, in addition to registering as a sex offender, Rizkhov is facing up to ten years in federal prison for naturalization fraud and is subject to mandatory denaturalization.

Biden Admin Left 9K Americans in Afghanistan, Originally Claimed 150

A new report released by the Senate Foreign Relations Committee found that as many as 9,000 Americans were left in Afghanistan during the Biden Administration’s disastrous withdrawal. Secretary of State Antony Blinken originally claimed that number was closer to 100-150.

The administration stuck to that story, despite many outlets reporting evidence to the contrary.

“The report, signed by Foreign Relations ranking member Jim Risch of Idaho, reveals that State Department officials believed that between 10,000 and 15,000 Americans were in Afghanistan as late as Aug. 17. In the next two weeks, only 6,000 Americans were able to escape the country ahead of the Taliban takeover,” the Daily Caller reports.

“We completed one of the biggest airlifts in history. With more than 120,000 people evacuated to safety, that number is more than double what most experts thought was possible,” Biden said last year.

“The bottom line: 90% of Americans in Afghanistan who wanted to leave were able to leave,” he added.
