Looks like I found the thread, but the archive link has all the images completely blanked out. That only happens when someone doesn't want anons being able to see what was being discussed.

When mods on 4chan come across a thread they don't want everyone to see, they nuke it. If they do it before aggregates get ahold of the thread contents (for example, https://archive.4plebs.org/pol/thread/359239636/) then the images that the thumbnails link to are also removed.

In a normal thread that makes it to the archives, the aggregate sites also get a copy of the thread and all its content. This thread, where anon found Trudeau's exact location, was purposefully removed/censored. The interesting part of the "archive" site is this:
