police take authority cause they seek it
nobody asks them to serve anyone
usually they are low self-esteem
and that leads to narcissism with the ticket book
they just forget sometimes
that every ticket for a drug addict is another 10yrs in jail for someone
they wake up on the wrong side of the bed
and someone else wakes up in a jail cell for false imprisonment
