That 2nd Amendment, contrary to your statement that "no amendment is absolute", is not only "absolute" it is DAMN ABSOLUTE.

What does "shall" mean Joe? What does "Infringe" mean Joe? This is as unambiguous and as clear as it gets. Shall is a command. It is not a suggestion. There is no maybe can be infringed. There is no might can be infringed, there is no can be infringed under certain circunstances. Doesn't mean you can prohibitively tax or regulate that firearm or the ammo that goes in it. All of these possible solutions in the mind of the progressive/communist/democrat, are INFRINGEMENTS. Plain and simple. Shall not be infringed means exactly what it says, that the government CANNOT take this right from a law abiding citizen and cannot make it prohibitive to own a firearm.
The governement cannot take what it did not give as all of our rights in those BIll of Rights, are inalienable as set forth correctly in the Declaration of Independence. Don't know the meaning of inalienable? Look it the fuck up.
