Timing associates with the Green Zone, Baghdad, rocket attacks, or Iraq rocket attack in general, although nothing definite, on our end, is possible to know at this point. IOW, the ISIS variation of dindu suicide by cop, looks to me. Not sure how the ending went down, but the suit could have given himself up rather than undertake actions that would draw return fire in a residential area. If the SF could have droned his ass if the goal was the whole family.
