I was mainly a Lift Mechanic though.
There is no real "structure" in artificial snow. It's more like little ice balls. Ideally the goal is to "paste" the runs prior to the arrival of real snow to help it stick and keep it on the runs. Totally artificial snow kind of sucks to ski and board on. Great for snowmobiles though.
