Yep, and that's exactly what happened. GFM took donations, declined to give it to the intended parties and threatened to disperse it as they saw fit, until the notoriety caught up to them. GFM needing to change the conditions on the refund a few times should be verification enough. Public record.
Problem this time is all those people Trustpilot claims may not have experienced this, actually did. The whole world was watching them this time. GFM got out-PRed by a bunch of truckers.
